we have offered bespoke software solutions for the past
four decades. Giving businesses the ability to have the solution specifically right for them and their business model.
There are many off the shelf packages out there however not everyone does everything for every business, that is where we come in.
As a team we
absolutely live and breathe project
management, coding and developing new
projects. Since 1989 we have been
creating bespoke software for clients up
and down the UK, even before the
internet was readily available and we
had to drive to clients no matter what.
How times have changed.
Times most certainly have changed and we
have tried our utmost to keep up with
technology, as well as keeping our
original ethos alive and servicing our
old existing clients.
WHERE ARE WE BASED
We are based in
Solihull, West Midlands as well as
Stourbridge, Dudley.
However
we service clients up and down the UK
and around the world.
SUPPORT HOURS
Standard:
Monday - Friday, 9am-5:30pm.
However as most professional businesses
do, our support team [for emergencies
only] are available via emails and
can help remotely or answer questions.
OUR CLIENTS
We don't have a
set clientele as anyone can make use of
our skill sets. However the majority of
our clients have
manufacturing at the heart of their
business. Our biggest client turns over
£150 million per annum, where as our
smallest turns over £50,000 per annum so
there really isn't a set type.
OUR MISSION STATEMENT
Professional, yet
friendly and approachable are the words
we would like to describe our team. We
want to be the best in class and
dedicate the right amount of time to
each project we choose to take on.
Our software must be complex enough to
cater for the enhanced requirements of
the client, but not complicated and user
friendly enough for everyone to
understand the workings. This is a tough
but doable mission we endeavour on every
project.
Future proofing, ensuring we as a
business are here in 30 years time is
our goal and the only way to do that is
to have long lasting, happy clients.
