Yes we
do. The project/work involved
automatically comes with 30 days support
as standard.
Thereafter there is an optional
support package which is based on 10% of
the total cost of the project/work per
annum. This is charged on a monthly
basis.
WILL CA CODING SIGN OUR NDA?
Yes we are more
than happy to sign an NDA
(non-disclosure agreement). In many
cases this has been standard practice to
ensure your
secrets are safe and secure.
WHO OWNS THE SOFTWARE CREATED?
CA Coding
always holds the rights and ownership
over the bespoke software, the client
has the right to use it under our terms
and agreements.
Please note:
There is
a special option The client never owns
or has access to the code.
CAN I RESELL MY BESPOKE PROJECT?
On occasion with
the right set of agreements, this would
be a possibility. Where we would take
commission for every sale of the
software you made, plus we would need to
calculate a custom ongoing support
charge, you would be first line support
and come
PAYMENT TERMS?
On a
large project the payment terms is split
into three sections: 50% on order, 25%
on delivery, 25% 30 days thereafter. On
smaller Pay as you go
work this is expected to be pre-paid.
Pre-paid hours will never expire.

IS YOUR SOFTWARE BASED ON NUMBER OF
USERS?
This all
depends on the project. Sometimes it is
based on multiple users license fees or
even utilising the SaaS (software as a
service) model which is a monthly
service fee instead of a large upfront
fee. This is decided on a project to
project basis.
WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
We are based in
Solihull, West Midlands as well as
Stourbridge, Dudley.
However
we service clients up and down the UK
and around the world.
WHAT ARE YOUR SUPPORT HOURS?
Standard:
Monday - Friday, 9am-5:30pm.
However as most professional businesses
do, our support team [for emergencies
only] are available via emails and
can help remotely or answer questions.
WHAT DO YOU USE FOR REMOTE CONNECTIONS
Our remote
software of choice is the well known,
secure software, Teamviewer. For ongoing
support we request all clients install
Teamviewer on all the computers running
our software so we can offer top notch
support from anywhere in the world.
