After
getting in touch we will go through your
requirements step by step by either
phone or site visit. Costs may apply.
The initial consultation will give you
an indication of:
1.
Whether or not your requirements are
possible 2.
A very rough estimate of time and
ultimately cost 3.
Talk through project options: Pay as you
go, Monthly or Fixed Price
STAGE 2
Quote and POC
We will
send over a detailed quote with a
description of the work involved
together with an estimated time frame
and costs.
Moving forward, depending on the size
and type of project and we may offer to
produce a POC (proof of concept)
package. The POC will be a portion of
the full project to prove if the concept
will work for you or not. This will also
have an estimated time attached with
costs. This way for a fraction of the
cost of the real project you get an
insight into how it will look and work.
STAGE 3
Development & Testing
Once the
quote has been agreed, our dedicated
professional engineers will start the
development process. Part of the way
through this process we may consult with
you with additional questions or simply
to let you know how progress is going.
The project will be fully tested
in-house before deploying.
Payment terms:
50% on
order, 25% on delivery, 25% due 30 after
deployed
STAGE 4
Deployment & Training
Prior to
deploying the system and architecture to
your business, we will run through the
project/work with your representative
remotely or on-site to ensure the work
involved is accurate and correct. Once
your representative signs
off on the developments, we will
gradually deploy to each individual
user.
Regarding training; this will be
pre-organised to perform to individual
users or as a group of users on-site.
STAGE 5
Ongoing Support
With any
project/work done you automatically get
30 days support as standard. This is to
ensure everything runs smoothly and as
expected.
Note:
Support
is not additional developments or
changes (unless agreed in the original
agreement). Support is intended to
support the work currently outlined,
this is not training.
